Marek Janigacz
Marek is an experienced organisational consultant, SET® Academy Business Trainer and simulation game designer.
Early on in his career he started out as a project coordinator for a variety of project in different sectors including banking, energy, automotive and the public sector, where he was in the implementation of multiple process, service, organizational and human resources improvements. One of the editors and analyst of the National Research on Change Management (2016 and 2017) magazine.
Since 2012, he has been involved in the industry of innovative educational tools, simulation games in particular. Designer or co-designer of several dozen simulation and training games in many thematic areas: change management, project management or communication in multicultural teams. A recent simulation game project completed is simulation for the DG Human Resources and Security of the European Commission.
As a business trainer, over the last decade, he has conducted trainings and workshops for all types of organisations (SMEs, public institutions, NGOs and large corporations), also in an international environment (conducted in English), and remotely. He has also lectured in higher education programmes, at the University of Economics in Krakow, University of Łódź and Collegium da Vinci in Poznań.
